Thanks for the invite, and congrats on the new Bevo Boy. Don't worry about the blogging, it will come with ease as you move along. Concentrate on 'enjoying every single moment'. Before you know it, 40 years will have passed. as in the flicker of an eye lash... I'm an old cuss, and proud of it, but since I turned 60, and have gotten into the Web 2.0 and this Ning thing, it feels likes a lazy afternoon in May on the South Mall, cutting class and soaking up the rays and sights... ;-)

I Fail, That is Why I Succeed

I was having a conversation with a friend of mine when he threw in one of the best sentences I have heard in a long time. He said, "Worrying is for victims." That sentence was very relevant to our conversation and I have been thinking about it a lot ever since.
He meant, from a business stan… Continue

Toning Up

Have you ever noticed how people respond to you when you are in a great mood? Odds are, they responded to you in the same tone that you approached them with - a happy and positive one...or they got there pretty quickly! Think about it.

The same thing is true when nothing is going your wa… Continue

Dedication

Dedication. The most successful people in life and in business understand that Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it is about learning to dance in the rain.

I Am Here No Matter What

Last week my wife and I had our baby boy and it was the most incredible and interesting experience in my life to date. There are so many things that are going on in such a short amount of time and it seems like everything happens in some kind of time warp!
I noticed that our friends th… Continue

Where Should I Start?

What is the most important thing that we need to do before we start connecting with people? I think it is to come up with a game plan. Who are the coolest kids in school that I want to get to know? How about you? Who would it make sense to connect with and vice versa?
I want to meet peo… Continue
