March roars out like a Lion!
The Alumni Forum continues to grow and expand, with membership now in Canada and domestically adding members in Oregon, Louisiana, Tennessee and Ohio. The Alumni Forum now covers 27 states and 12 countries. A new group was created for Longhorn Alumni Band members and a new discussion was started “Things to do in Dallas”. The UT LinkedIn group continues to grow as well with over 2,150 members.
As March goes out like a lion with a very powerful hail storm throughout Central Texas, the bluebonnets are popping up and summer is right around the corner. March Madness is winding down with the running Horns making it to the second round of the NCAA basketball tournament loosing to the Duke Blue Devils. The Texas baseball team is poised for another successful season coming into the season in the top 20.
